X5 Retail: Perekryostok CEO Sorokin resigns, replaced by Kurbatov

MOSCOW, Jun 27 (PRIME) -- Vladimir Sorokin, CEO of the Perekryostok grocery store chain, part of X5 Retail Group, has resigned to be replaced by Executive Director Vladislav Kurbatov, X5 Retail Group said in a statement on Wednesday.

Job transfers in the Russian retail sector started after former head of the Pyaterochka store chain, also part of X5 Retail Group, Olga Naumova, became an executive director of competitor Magnit.
